Hatch is a unique museum in hip East Berlin. It is cosy, vivid and indulging visitors with ‘tea of the day’.
Even though the space is relatively compact, the back room is busting with multi-coloured stickers. Its diverse selection on display flows from little harries creatures with spiky teeth to gothic Strange Emily. The museum also occupies an area for a shop, a chance to purchase stickers by local artists, as well as sticker and street art books. Oliver Baudach who set the place up in 2009 has been a dedicated sticker collector for the past 27 years with keen interest for skateboarding and street art.
Due his sweet and open-minded role the visitors have also actively spread the word about this wonderful museum.
For people whom are sticker collectors Hatch is a rare place where to buy additions, finding one of a kind and creative labels rather sticking to high street store offers.
